Weight lifting has commenced! 

I must admit 2 things : I like seeing that I lifted over 3700 lbs and I enjoyed seeing all of those buff bodies while I was lifting 😉 

 I feel good having worked out, even if it included no running. I have a new workout buddy, who has no experience with weights. He’s counting on me… Yikes! I am no expert and I’m worried he’ll get hurt due to poor form or from trying to keep up with me. He’ll be sore tomorrow, as will I. 

The workout was a wonderful reminder of how much I suck at push ups. Really.
