Great interval run today with 6x1000m at 10k pace and 200m recovery (with 1.5 slow warm up and cool down). Pleased with myself for easily holding the 10k pace, and faster most intervals.
Thanks everyone for your marathon encouragement ! I’m settling into the facts, I already have a training plan to switch to after the half marathon in Zion next month. I’ll have 13 more weeks before Grandma’s to build mileage. Reminding myself that I already run 30 miles a week. Just going to stay mellow and let myself have no time goal… Just finish 😃
