Picture is a little fuzzy, but that’s really how I feel so it’s appropriate. This run was supposed to be 12 miles, but the speed work that started at mile 8 wiped me out! Ass meet foot, now start kicking.

With what energy I had left, I slowly walked the last half mile home, rolled again (I’ve been having trouble cramping after long runs), nuun water, Clif protein bar, now a hot bath.
